The Los Angeles Chargers will host a Super Chargers Block Party in Oceanside on November 4 at Finney’s, with the event running from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and admission listed as free.

Team officials say the gathering will include alumni appearances and “exclusive giveaways,” as the Chargers celebrate what they call a fan-favorite era.

A trio of former Chargers players, Eric Weddle, Donnie Edwards and Jaleel Addae, are scheduled to attend in timed appearances: Weddle from 4:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m., Edwards from 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., and Addae from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The first 500 fans at the gate will receive giveaway items that include a Justin Herbert bobblehead, a Junior Seau rally towel and a Super Chargers pennant.

The Chargers also announced live music and photo opportunities, plus drink ticket giveaways for the first 200 people in attendance.

Season Ticket Members will receive 20 percent off merch during the event, while the general public will receive 15 percent off.

Why It Matters

  • This is a direct fan-engagement event for the Chargers in the Oceanside area, aimed at bringing alumni and current branding together.
  • The scheduled appearances by multiple former defensive and special teams standouts underscore the team’s focus on a specific “Super Chargers” era.
  • The giveaway plan suggests the team is leaning into heritage-focused merchandising and collectibles as part of community outreach.
  • Because the event is free and includes timed alumni meet-and-greet windows, it could function as a localized in-season rally point for supporters beyond the home market.
