Brewers’ World Series menu turns a “wait 44 years” moment into a ballpark food festival

Milwaukee’s home opener of the Fall Classic brings specialty items, Wisconsin favorites, and a beer brewed on-site, starting with Game 1 at American Family Field.

The Brewers will mark their World Series return with a special ballpark menu designed for Game 1 at American Family Field, leaning into Wisconsin flavors while keeping classic stadium staples available for fans.

MLB says the new “signature” offerings begin when the World Series starts Friday, with the Walk-Off Burger at field-level stands and Prime Rib at the Wisco Supper Club, plus Beef Wellington at the Carvery on the club level.

The Brewers are also bringing back familiar favorites, including the Dino Rib from K&L BBQ and Brat Rangoons from Cheese Curd stands, with the specific version for the series swapping crab for bratwurst and adding a sweet-and-sour mustard sauce.

Alongside the core menu, the team’s championship rollout includes other items such as Monkey Bread (Section 216), Thai Elote Dog (Section 208), and Birria Nachos at Chucho’s Red Tacos, according to the Brewers’ World Series menu announcement.

For drinks, Milwaukee’s brewing tradition is highlighted with “Worth the Wait,” a special Kölsch beer brewed on-site at J. Leinenkugel’s Barrel Yard in the left-field corner of the stadium.

The menu concept was developed by the game-day culinary team well before the Brewers knew they would be in the World Series, with executive chef Alex Beronja describing the goal as bringing Milwaukee and Wisconsin culture while offering something for different tastes.

Why It Matters

  • A World Series is as much about the total fan experience as it is about baseball, and the Brewers’ menu indicates that the club wants the home-field moment to feel local.
  • The variety of items, from classic concessions to more elaborate “event” foods, is designed to match a wide range of preferences across a large postseason crowd.
  • The brewing and brand tie-ins reinforce Milwaukee’s identity as part of how the team is staging its title bid at home.
  • For visiting fans, the menu acts as a quick, tangible way to understand what a Wisconsin World Series looks and tastes like.
