Bowser entered the league as a 2017 second-round pick and spent his first seven NFL seasons with the Baltimore Ravens. His background in Baltimore’s scheme gives him experience playing edge defender roles against both run-heavy and pass-heavy offenses, a skill set teams often value when they are short on proven depth or looking for a specific technical fit.

For Cleveland, the workout is best understood as a low-risk evaluation in a position room where small differences can matter.
