Arizona’s game-day plans for Dallas include bringing up two tight ends from the practice squad, reshaping the group around Trey McBride.
The Arizona Cardinals elevated Kenny Yeboah and Jared Harrison-Hunte from the practice squad for Sunday’s game against the Dallas Cowboys, a move that helps Arizona plan to carry four tight ends active.
According to the Cardinals, Yeboah is expected to line up behind Trey McBride, Elijah Higgins and Teagan Quitoriano, forming a four-tight-end group for the matchup at Dallas.
The personnel shift at tight end comes after Arizona used Shawn Bowman as its fourth tight end against the Broncos when Hunter Long was placed on injured reserve. Long is rehabbing and has a chance to return this season.
Yeboah’s recent path has included time on injured reserve and a subsequent injury settlement before returning to the practice squad on Oct. 6, per the team.
Harrison-Hunte is set for a second straight elevation, after being elevated from the practice squad for the team’s prior game.
