Federal judge declines to revisit conviction of former Wisconsin judge in ICE-evasion case

A federal judge in Wisconsin upheld the conviction of former Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan, who was found guilty of helping an undocumented man evade Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers, according to court proceedings reported this week.
