H2F System Update (Material): Equipping the Force

The physical and technical foundation of the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) System relies heavily on the deliberate fielding of specialized equipment and infrastructure. At the core of this effort are the Garrison Equipment Set (GES) and the specialized Information Technology (IT) package.

The GES is a comprehensive, multidisciplinary suite designed to establish fully functional garrison H2F operations, providing the essential tools required for athlete evaluation, rehabilitative treatment, and Soldier reconditioning. Complementing this physical kit, the IT package delivers dedicated computer workstations, peripherals, and networked printing systems to support the administrative, tracking, and communication needs of the H2F Performance Team (HPT). Together, these packages establish the robust physical and digital infrastructure necessary to empower embedded H2F Performance Team.

Overcoming Delays and Launching Deliveries

Following a series of logistical delays, the H2F GES and IT packages are officially moving into their active delivery phases. CPE-Ground is actively coordinating with impacted Brigades to ensure seamless shipping, delivery logistics, and strict hand-off accountability.

To maintain transparency and assist unit leadership in preparation, the projected delivery schedule for FY25 resourced HPTs is detailed below.

Upon successful distribution to all FY25 resourced units, CPE-Ground will transition immediately to coordinating and executing deliveries for FY26 resourced units. Procurement funds have been successfully awarded, and the primary vendor is currently building and securing the required equipment sets. Anticipated deliveries for FY26 units are projected to begin in January 2027.
