H2F System Update (Organization): Army National Guard

The Army National Guard (ARNG) - or COMPO 2 - places its HPTs at the state Joint Force Headquarters level. Their mission is to train and educate H2F-Integrators and individual Soldiers within the boundaries of their state.

The ARNG HPT model is a state-based system that will evolve from state size format in FY27 to a hub-and-spoke model in FY28, where Title 32 professionals (non-MOS specific) provide governance and standardized readiness support.

Mobile spoke teams will train and develop H2F-Integrators and individual Soldiers, ensuring units receive synchronized physical, nutritional, cognitive, and spiritual readiness capabilities aligned with the adjutant general (TAG) priorities.

Built for the Guard’s geographically dispersed, part-time force, this model will maximize reach and continuity through standardized curriculum, coordinated equipment fielding, and certification pathways delivering consistent, evidence-based readiness support during both drill and at home training while optimizing resources across the ARNG enterprise.
