Carolina’s Week 9 Wednesday injury report includes outside linebacker Jaelan Phillips, left guard Damien Lewis, linebacker Bobby Okereke and rookie cornerback Will Lee III among those not taking part in the team’s projected practice.
The Carolina Panthers did not practice on Wednesday, and their Week 9 injury report reflected that with an estimated participation list based on what the team did Tuesday.
Four players were listed as not participating in the projected Wednesday report: outside linebacker Jaelan Phillips (hamstring), left guard Damien Lewis (knee), linebacker Bobby Okereke (foot) and rookie cornerback Will Lee III (hamstring).
The report noted Phillips has missed the previous two games, and Lewis missed last week’s game against the Green Bay Packers.
On the offensive line and in the running of the rehab window, Carolina listed two other linemen as limited: Corey Bullock (quadriceps) and Torricelli Simpkins III (ankle). The team said Simpkins missed last week’s game and Bullock was not able to finish prior work.
Carolina also listed two players as full participants on Wednesday’s projected estimate, including quarterback Bryce Young (ankle) and defensive tackle Bobby Brown III (hand). Brady Christensen (hamstring) was also listed as full, with the team stating his window to practice has opened.
