Tennessee elevated Timmy Horne from the practice squad after he had appeared in two games this season, as the club also added linebacker Dominique Hampton to its practice group.
The Titans have promoted defensive tackle Timmy Horne to the active roster, according to a team announcement from Nashville.
Horne had been released earlier in the week, then rejoined Tennessee by signing to the practice squad. The team’s release states he has played in two games this season and has five tackles credited to his name.
Tennessee originally signed Horne last offseason for defensive-line depth. He spent the 2025 season on the Titans’ practice squad, and the team noted that before coming to Tennessee, he appeared in 21 games with five starts for the Atlanta Falcons and the New York Giants, totaling 31 tackles with two passes defensed and two quarterback pressures.
In a separate transaction, the Titans also signed linebacker Dominique Hampton to the team’s practice squad.
The Titans will host the bye week and then take on the Bengals on Sunday in Cincinnati, per the same announcement.
