The Milwaukee Brewers announced their 2026 award winners selected by a panel from the Milwaukee Chapter of the Baseball Writers Association of America (BBWAA), led by second baseman Brice Turang, who was named Brewers Most Valuable Player for the second straight season.

Turang’s repeat MVP came after a season batting.268 with 21 home runs, 100 RBI and 19 stolen bases in 151 games. The Brewers release also credits him with a second Gold Glove Award and notes his league standing among National League leaders in doubles (tied for second, 37), runs (third, 102), RBI (sixth, 100) and walks (seventh, 90).

Jacob Misiorowski was unanimously voted Brewers Most Valuable Pitcher, finishing 16-5 with a 1.80 ERA in 30 starts. The announcement also says he was a National League Cy Young Award finalist and that he led the major leagues in ERA, strikeouts (252), opponent batting average (.157), WHIP (0.80), strikeout percentage (37.9) and hits allowed per nine innings (4.95).

Shortstop Cooper Pratt earned Brewers Top Newcomer honors after batting.281 with three home runs, 34 RBI and 19 stolen bases in 74 games. The Brewers release says the 22-year-old agreed to an eight-year contract through 2033 with club options for 2034 and 2035 on April 3, and that he assumed starting shortstop duties after being recalled from Triple-A Nashville on June 16.

Pitcher Abner Uribe was named Brewers Unsung Hero after appearing in 61 games and going 6-3 with a 1.97 ERA and six saves, with the team’s announcement crediting him for limiting opponents to a.199 batting average and a 1.03 WHIP. The release also states he posted a 0.84 ERA over his last 43 regular-season appearances.

Christian Yelich received the Good Guy Award, presented for a player’s outgoing clubhouse presence and daily media rapport. The Brewers announcement says Yelich also won the award in 2023 and 2025.
