President Trump says he urged Rep. Cory Mills to exit reelection fight before GOP primary loss

In a Truth Social post Wednesday, President Donald Trump said he told Rep. Cory Mills (R-Fla.) to end his reelection bid before the congressman lost his district’s GOP primary, adding that Mills “wouldn’t listen.” Trump also endorsed Ryan Elijah in the wake of the primary outcome, according to reporting.
